September 2010 - A military veteran was referred to us by James A. Haley hospital, who was in need of assistance in purchasing a special diet supplement.  He required assistance while waiting for the VA to process his need and pass it thru their administrative system.  We were blessed to purchase the diet supplement with a three week supply, at which time he would start receiving the supplement from the VA.

September 2010 - A US Marine injured in 2005 while serving in Iraq, who is recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and from being burned, all due to a car bomb, was in need of assistance.  Operation American Pride was blessed to provide assistance to this Marine and his mother.  In addition, we are holding a fund raiser on 13 November 2010, in North Port, FL, hosted by the American Legion Post 254, AMVETS post 312, and VFW Post 8203 to further assist them financially.
